GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The primary goal of Central Parking System in the Town of Carolina Beach is to serve the community as an ambassador for the Town.  We will also target our objectives to promote economic development by providing easy and accessible parking for all of the Town's patrons.  We understand the need to provide a consistent service in order for the local merchants to reap benefits during the beach season.  We hope to accomplish this task by enforcing the ordinances set forth by the Town of Carolina Beach.

Parking Permits

Local merchants and employees are encouraged to pick up Town of Carolina Beach parking permits.  Carolina Beach residents with vehicles registered to the Town can obtain parking permits at no cost with the purchase of a Vehicle Identification Decal (renewable January 1st of every year).  Cost of parking permits for non-residents is $50. Non-residents who own property in Carolina Beach may obtain a parking permit for free by providing proof of ownership. The parking permits may be picked up or purchased at the Town of Carolina Beach Town Hall (1121 N.
