The 2024 Freeman Park annual permits go on sale Friday, December 1st. Annual permit purchases made in December must be bought in person and will qualify for the $110 dollar early bird rate plus applicable fees listed below:

•Cash payments-$3 per permit transaction fee; this fee is charged by and paid to the permit system merchant, not the Town.

•Credit card payments-$3 per permit transaction fee plus 2.9% + .30 credit card processing fee; these fees are charged by and paid to the permit system merchant, not the Town.

Effective January 1, 2024, annual permits will be sold at the full price of $225 plus applicable fees listed above, and can be purchased in person or online at https://www.carolinabeach.org/visitors/freeman-park. Permits purchased online cannot be mailed and must be picked up in person at the Parking Office located at 1708 Canal Dr., during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (excluding holidays).

2024 permits are valid from the date of purchase and may be used to gain entry to Freeman Park for the remainder of 2023. Please note that payment receipts (paper or electronic) are not valid at the gate and will not grant entry into Freeman Park. Also note that Freeman Park Annual Permits must be permanently affixed to the driver’s side windshield of your 4x4 vehicle, and old permits should be removed.
