A public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 13th, 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers at Town Hall to invite and hear public comment with regard to the creation of the Town’s first Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). In doing so, Chapters 30, 32, 36, and 40 will be repealed and the existing relevant language will be incorporated into the new UDO.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a recommendation for approval or denial, with a final decision to be made by the Town Council at a later advertised date. CLICK HERE to view a draft of the UDO.  Copies of the draft may also be reviewed at Town Hall.
