At the May 13, 2025 meeting, Carolina Beach Town Council adopted ordinance 25-1254, expanding undesignated residential parking regulations to the north end of the island including Florida Avenue, Georgia Avenue, Delaware Avenue, Virginia Avenue, and Maryland Avenue. Effective immediately, only vehicles with a current CB re-entry decal may park in the undesignated right of way in these residential areas. In October of 2022, Council adopted the same regulations for residential areas located west of Lake Park Blvd. from Alabama Ave. going north to Atlanta Ave. as well as locations west of Third St. from Atlanta Ave. northward including Goldsboro Ave. and Harper Ave. Vehicles parked in these areas without a re-entry decal are subject to receiving a parking citation.
