Construction of a new stormwater pump for the Carolina Beach lake begins next week! This new facility is part of the modernization of the Town's stormwater system and increases pumping capacity. This addition at the lake will help fortify equipment to prevent flooding and is part of the lake improvement and beautification plan. A portion of the sidewalk on the south side of the lake will remain closed during construction. The project is expected to last through the remainder of 2025.
