To apply for other permits, visit the Town of Carolina Beach Online Permitting Portal - For instructions on using Portal, click here.

The Contact listed on the application will receive an email, including a summary of fees, once staff has reviewed and approved the permit. All Town of Carolina Beach fees are to be paid for at the Billing Window at Town Hall or online via the Online Permitting Portal. 

Any Building Permit fees must be paid to New Hanover County.
