All field requests for group activities at Mike Chappell Park must be submitted via the Mike Chappell Park Field Usage application.  This application is only for coach led youth sports practices, tournaments, or organized activities.

When requesting fields, please refer to the map and request the quadrants needed.  For example, if you would like to reserve the entire soccer field, please request the entire field, but if you only want certain quadrants, please select those. 

Applications for field usage must be submitted by the corresponding dates below.
