The Phase D utility improvements will consist of replacing the existing water lines, sanitary sewer gravity pipes and stormwater drainage pipes. Existing water and sanitary sewer lines will be replaced in the existing footprint. The existing storm drainage pipes will also be replaced in the same footprint, except in the areas where the existing lines cross private property. These lines will be relocated to the town owned and maintained right of ways. Street improvements will also be included in the Phase D project. The existing streets have varying pavements widths, ranging from 18 to 22 feet. The standard minimum street width will be 20 feet.
Phase D is currently in the design and permitting stages and work is not expected to begin this year.
