There are three methods of paying your utility bill without mailing it in or stopping in to Town Hall:
- Auto Pay - this is a service provided by banking institutions. You can set up Auto Pay at your bank and they will process your Utility Bill payment on the specified date each month for the amount specified by you.
- Draft - this is a service provided by the Billing Office. You can have your Utility Bill payment automatically drafted from your checking account monthly. To set this up, please download and complete the Bank Draft Authorization Form and bring it to the Billing Office with a voided check.
- Online Bill Pay - this is done on the web, but you must first register your account. To do this, you'll need your Account Number and Service Address from your bill (see sample bill below - fields in the red boxes show the information you need to register your account).
Note: The address at the top of your bill may be different from your Service Address. You MUST use your service address (EXACTLY how it is shown on your bill) to register your account.
