Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 2018 Carolina Beach Farmers Market! Please find below the market application and rules.
How do I apply?
The first step in the process is for all vendors to submit the application by by April 16, 2018. You may either submit the online application via email or print and mail the application. If mailed, it must arrive by April 16, 2018.

What happens next?
- Within 48 business hours, applicants will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the application.
- After April 16th, the Carolina Beach Farmers Market Application Review Panel will sort through all applications and discuss approval. The approval process will be based on whether the application is complete, the vendor meets the established rules, the quality and uniqueness of products, and whether space is available. Either a letter or email will be sent to let you know if your application has been accepted. If accepted, an invoice will be sent with the letter. The invoice must be paid by Tuesday, May 22nd.
- The review panel consists of Pleasure Island residents that have an interest in volunteering with the Carolina Beach Farmers Market. If you would like to be considered for the review panel, please email email@example.com
CAROLINA BEACH FARMERS MARKET VENDOR FEES AND PAYMENT
Full Season (Food and Agriculture only): $200.00
Full Season Crafter: $250.00
Holiday Single Date (May 26th , July 4th, and September 1st): $25.00 (this fee is if you are participating in holiday markets only)
Craft Single Day: $20.00
Agricultural/Food Single Day: $15.00
CAROLINA BEACH FARMERS MARKET RULES
-Vendors may not sublease their space.
-The market manager reserves the right to monitor vendors, booth spaces and the products sold to maintain quality and variety.
-No vehicles may be moved within the market area from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
-No live animals may be sold or given away at the market.
-The market does not offer exclusive rights to any one vendor to sell any one product. However the Market reserves the right to limit entries as they see fit to avoid repetition or excessive duplicate products in a category.
